Why You Need To Take A 100 Day Challenge
What are you doing to challenge yourself for 100 days? Do you want to create nothing but successful habits? If this rings
true for you, then you absolutely must begin to do a 100
day challenge! I’ve been taught that to make ANYTHING a habit, you must be consistently doing it for 90 days. Right now I
am a part of a 100 day challenge. The challenge is to
blog, just as I am doing now, for a 100 day period. I can’t lie and tell you that I’ve been blogging every single day, but I have
been consistent with writing a blog at least 5 days out of
the week. Blogging everyday is something that I personally have to improve on and try to enforce upon myself. You get those days when you just aren’t in the mood, but if you
really think about it, you’re gonna use that time doing something. Why not use the time to be productive with building yourself and your business?
What a 100 Day Challenge Means For You.
If you are someone taking a 90 day to a 100 day challenge, then you are someone serious about improving yourself and your situation. If you are consistent until the end, then you
will begin to see a drastic change in yourself. You’ll feel as you have accomplished something and you will have developed a good habit. We all learn at different speeds. Nothing
is going to be the exact same in terms of experience, for one person as it is for another. The 100 day challenge may have done SO much for you, but may result in very little for
myself. The key at that point is to do it all over again. The objective of the challenge in the first place is to create a positive and constructive habit that will continue whether in a
challenge or not. Once this has happened you will begin to experience success like you never have before.
“Successful people create successful habits.”
This is a great quote to remember and keep stored in your mental cabinet.
How to Survive Your 100 Day Challenge.
First off, you are about to begin to do something that you are not used to doing on a regular basis. It is NEVER an easy task to just begin doing something new everyday or quit
doing something everyday that has become such an addiction. That is why you have people every year with the New Years Resolution to quit smoking or lose a certain amount of
weight. Every year they have the same New Years resolution with hopes that this year will be different and they’ll actually follow through this time. They start out in the beginning
doing fine but a couple weeks into it and they’re back at the habit they were trying to kick. You really have to make up in your mind why it is crucially important that you take this
challenge and make it all the way through to the end. What is the purpose of the challenge? Is your reason for beginning STRONG enough to keep you motivated to push through
those difficult times(Which you will have)? What is the driving force that is pushing you? Figure these things out and think about the consequences that will follow if you DON’T
follow through. Also give thought to the results that can happen with you completing the 100 day challenge task. This right here is what will separate the strong from the weak.
Now I wish I could say that everyone will succeed and survive this somewhat daunting task, but the fact of the matter is that you all won’t. It’s just the way it is. Problems will arise,
as they always do, and some of you will look at them as minor obstacles while it’ll give others the excuse to quit. One last quote to leave you all with.
“Winners NEVER quit and quitters NEVER win!”
I encourage everyone to stick and stay. Is it worth it to take 100 days that you are gonna go though anyways, and do something during these days that will begin to make
improvements in your life? YES it is! Take a 100 day challenge and make it work for you.
