Get To Know Jarone
Early Years:
Jarone Nepthali Jackson Jr. was born on October 27th of 1987 in St. Paul, MN. Okay I’m not going to sit here and speak of myself in third person this entire time. LOL So I began my entrepreneur journey at a fairly young age. I remember being in grade school and wanting to be able to just go to the near by corner store and buy junk food for myself. I wasn’t old enough to get a job, and my parents wouldn’t just give me money for cavities. Somehow I came up with the brilliant idea to make up these fliers on my computer and print them out to hang up around my neighborhood. The fliers read “Jay’s Season Services,” and stated that I would rake, shovel, or mow in exchange for a certain dollar amount. It really only lasted for the fall and winter seasons, therefore I never mowed any lawns. I would come home at the end of a couple hours of work with as much as $70! That was a lot for a 4th grader.
Teen Years:
I really was into sports growing up and had a HUGE love for basketball. I played for a YMCA team which led to me playing for a peewee park board team which then led to playing for an AAU travelling team. I played all throughout middle school and continued to play until I reached the High School level. I lost a very instrumental person in my life at this time, which is why I think I lost my desire to play the sport I loved oh so much. I began to work for a small clothing store company in the downtown Minneapolis area, which is where I would eventually learn what I wanted to do with my life.
The Entrepreneur:
While working at this clothing store I tried to start my own clothing line with a friend and partner of mine. This didn’t quite work out the way we thought it would to say the least. We failed miserably! Then one day I decided to invest in my mind after seeing my manager at the time, reading a certain personal development book and I began inquiring about it. The first book I ever purchased was a book called “Reallionaire” by a man called Farrah Gray. He made his first million at age 14, and this opened my eyes to a world of opportunity. Following this book came multiple Robert Kiyosaki books including his most famous “Rich dad, Poor Dad.”
I quit in May of 2007 to start my own food delivery business that I had been planning with that same friend and partner. We actually seen some success with this venture. I can remember after the first five days of operation, we held nearly $2,000 in cash in our hands. That was the most we had both seen at any one time in our lives, and we were excited for what the future held! At 19 years of age, we were really doing something contradictive of our peers at the time. It all seemed to be going well until gas prices reached over $3 a gallon and we began to clash. Somehow things managed to fall apart, but after every rain storm comes the sunshine. However that saying goes.
Literally like the day after Dr. Chickens(the food delivery business) was put to rest, I received a phone call from a friend about what I thought was a job. I went out to meet the gentleman and was being introduced to network marketing. I honestly had been shown this business model before, but I never took it seriously because I had heard that it was a scam. This time I decided to give it a go. I spent that entire summer going around different parking lots placing fliers on cars and talking to people at the Mall Of America. I was able to put a team of about 20 or so people together, but it eventually fell apart. Although I didn’t really have any success, I learned a lot about the industry and knew I HAD to make a success of myself in it.
Today:
I took a two year break from the industry to try to pursue another passion of mine which is music. That lasted up until my daughter was born on July 9th of 2011. I knew it was time I got back involved in the industry that I knew could work for me, so I did. After running across a few different leaders online, I figured that the best way to market and build a large organization was to follow the attraction marketing method online. That is where I am at today. My goal is to help others accelerate their path to success and live out their dreams! With that, my goals and dreams will follow.
