A Wise Guy Gives Some Great Words of Encouragement

Something woke me up out of my sleep at 2:30 AM this morning and took me to the computer for what would turn out to be some great words of encouragement.  I recently joined a group on Facebook headed by two very young but very confident and empowering entrepreneurs.  In this group was a video just posted by another young entrepreneur by the name of Justus Allen.  In this video he stated,

 Sacrifice  middle class comforts in order to achieve upper class results.

These were very powerful words of encouragement that was the driving force behind this right here blog post.

True Words of Encouragement from Justus Allen

Many people, like Justus recited in his video, will take great words of encouragement and do nothing with the inspiration.  I was asleep when I came across this video, but I had to act on the acquired inspiration quickly before it faded away.  I’m honestly just coming across this Justus Allen guy, but I can tell just by this one video that he is an incredible leader with great words of encouragement and training to help and support his team.<Check out my leadership development post>

Words of Encouragement – Comfort is the Enemy of Achievement

If you are comfortable in your life right now you’re essentially saying you no longer care to grow.  In the network marketing industry

we hear SO much that you must get uncomfortable to get comfortable.  One of the truest things you may hear ever!  Seriously though.  I

stayed within my comfort zone for years and guess where it got me…  It got me in the exact same position I had always been in, working a job I couldn’t stand and barely able to pay bills.
The moment you make that decision to exit your comfort zone your life will begin to

change.  The transition from ordinary to extraordinary isn’t really a hard one, but it is an uncomfortable one to say the least.  In the words of Justus Allen,

Downsize your life now, so you can upsize it MAJORLY in the future.  MAJORLY!!

Haha I LOVE IT!  If you aren’t taking heed to these words of encouragement and acting on them, then you just don’t want it bad enough.  Dig deep into your why and make it happen as many others out here are doing like myself and Justus Allen.  Act on these words of encouragement and make 2012 your year!
